KOIC Rules:

Those who are in KOIC will have to do a mandatory DOTA 2 Survey to ensure their knowledge of the game and to assess how well they will play
down the line. As of January 1st, Gameplay Reliability as well as Sportsmenlike conduct will be graded on KOIC individuals.
If any lacks in any of these 3 will be subject to removal of the core team and possibly terminated from the community all together.
Sportsmanlike conduct consisit of these things. Commending your team mates for good play, Reporting memebers who are acting out of line in
accordance with KOIC rules and regualtions and ensuring that you study and practice your roles on a regular bases. A Ranking System will be
Implemented for achievement purposes as well as moral boost. The Rank structure are as follows: Soldiers -> Sergeants -> Knights -> Nobles
We will have groups of people in KOIC that will have 3 sets of squads. The corrosponding groups will be A group B Group and C group.
Each set of 6 will have a Sergant in there team that will lead the corrosponding team. each group will have a Knight that will lead the group.
and the Nobles will stand along side the KOIC leader as an adivsor and as people who intercedes for the knights to the Leader of KOIC. Soldiers
Will have to inform there sergants of what is going on with them and they cant report to the higher ranks unless permitted by their Sergant.
If by chance they have a problem with their Sergant, they have to write a written complaint to the Knight of the Group and he will submit it to
The Nobles of KOIC and the Nobles and the leader will assess what corrective action must be done. but until that descision is made that soldier
has to ensure he abides by the rules and not act out of line in the KOIC community.

Rules in KOIC:

These Rules will take effect as of January 1 2013

1.) Profanity is unacceptable

"It's a destructive language and a practice of laziness of ones vocabulary and ones character he/she that uses it is no gentlemen or lady."

2.) Rage quitting is in-excusable

3.) Inform the team on any unexpected D/C's

4.) When drafted for a match ensure you will be there or let us know why not before hand (Prefered a 24 hr advance)

5.) Raging at your team mates is not tolerated

6.) Trash talking to the opposing team is permitted but has to be kept to a minimum

7.) making competitive challenges in the ranks is permitted, ensure though that if made and wager was presented that you pay that wager and
the victor is complimented

8.) Ensure that you play with at least 2 of the people from your group or team at all times

9.) Do not be late to any future pro matches down the line

10.) Be respectful to your team mates and the community

Higher Groups Can not play with the lower groups unless permitted by the knight or nobles or Leader of KOIC

Milestones will be introduced for A, B and C group to ensure your positon in the leading core team
