MediaWiki has been upgraded from 1.16.5 (an exactly 2-years-old version now) to 1.20.5.

This fixes a lot of security vulnerabilities, brings many new features (autocomplete on the search box, prettier diffs, etc.), should help in quieting down spambots, and will make pages load faster thanks to MediaWiki's new ResourceLoader system.

The upgrade may cause some issues during the first few days, especially the custom skin which may look all broken. This should be fixed when the public cache expires, but you can fix it right now by simply logging in (to bypass the public cache) and pressing Ctrl+F5 (to clear your browser's cache).

The TF2 server is now accessible under the hostname "play.wiki.tf", which should be easier to remember than the previous one.

This mean that in order to add the server to your favorites, you'd have to put "play.wiki.tf" where it asks you for the IP. Or, if you want to connect directly, type "connect play.wiki.tf" in the console.

No worries, the old domain still works thanks to the wonders of DNS, so if you have already added it to your favorites, you don't have to do anything.
