There are a number of places in Canada for pinball arcades, I have not been to any of them personally so don't know what they are like.

https://ottawapinballarcade.ca seems to be one of the biggest in Canada.

There seems to be one near me I will have to try and check out some time, https://silverballgames.ca

I think most of the Cineplex theaters have little arcade sections and I think they have a least a couple of pinball machines in each one. But I've only been to a couple and its been a while since I bothered even looking in the direction of the arcade machines, they were expensive to play.
