The Gospel of the Pheonix

4. Any matter not mentioned here will be decided in a cabinet consisting of the leader, co-leader and staff advisers. The leader has the authority to select the co-leader and staff.
5. Dont tell any admin how to do their job, unless you know how to do their job.
6. The cult of the eternal pheonix is composed of 6 members, one "flame" and five "feathers". All "feathers" are equal in ranking and decisional power, and tasks are assigned based on each member's individual skills or volunteering.

10. Any member recieving a K/D ratio of less than 0.5 will recieve a demo review by the leader. If the leader recieves a K/D off less than 0.5 then they will review their own demo unless a volunteer decides to review it with them.
