BeGone - free browser based FPS

BeGone is browser based online multi-player first/third person shooter with a modern and realistic theme. Each team tries to eliminate the opposing team before time runs out. Advanced graphic shaders, dynamic character locomotion and optimized networking code create an intense gameplay experience that is quickly accessible from a browser with no signup required. BeGone uses Unity3d technology and is free to play.

I remember playing the ♥♥♥♥ out of this game in 2013-2014; thought about it randomly and learned about the drama. Kinda sucks to abandon a project like that

until today i thought proton was actually innocent but if thats true, i'll probably rethink..

"There was a guy called Dave who remade the game and used the old servers. He tried contacting Proton to get the rights of the game but Proton never answered. So he re-created the game. Eventually Proton knew of it and said he had to delete the game or he would get sued. Proton ignores all the questions about BeGone as far as i know. So thats it, hope this helps :)"
