Gamers-Imagination.net - Regaining Strength

Gamers Imagination never died, it merely slept, waiting for the day it could rise again. It's now been a long time since anyone have seen a GIN server, some have forgotten it, some have not. People have grieved over GIN long enough, it's time to rise again, but this time stronger. We have learned our mistakes and we are bound to never repeat them. So let us all stand again, all together, let's start what we once had, and this time, we shall not let ourselves bend!

Gamers Imagination is a community, which mainly focuses on the voices of it's players. What we make, change and remove, is with the purpose of making everyone happy.

We have servers mainly in Garry's Mod, but are planning to expand to other games, as we get the players and resources for it.

What can you do to support us? Playing on our servers, is alone support enough, but if you wanna go further and help with the future of GIN, you can share ideas for the server with us, or you can donate an amout, giving us further resources to expand and build apon what we already have, to make it bigger and stronger, and more interesting for new and old players :)

Our original Facebook page has been lost to an unknown holder

As some of you have noticed, the Facebook page linked here and on our website, is not the original. That's because Facebook for some reason removed both mine and our other previous admin's ownership. I did some research and this is actually a very common problem on Facebook...

I've managed to get in contact with someone from the page now, someone who has admin rights, though they are saying that since I don't have adminship, I've never owned the page.

The point of me making this announcment, is to give a shoutout to that person, in a hope, that he will realized that this is actually the original owner.
I'll update you all on further notice.

Gamers Imagination is back! w/ Temporary website online

Hello old members of Gamers Imagination, it's Jespercal or Dr. Chapman here.

After some time of thinking and learning, I've decided to try and reopen GIN.
GIN was shutdown mainly because I lost motivation to continue, but also because we were out of money. I realized soon after I shut down GIN, that a lot of people were very unhappy about it, some even more than others. So after a while of thinking back and learning from my own mistakes, learning from what we have been through, I've decided to give GIN a chance and reopen it for everyone.

Now there's going to be some changes. It's more than 9 months ago, which means our old DarkRP gamemode is VERY outdated(Considering it was already outdated before), which means I've decided to take the newest version and no, not recreated the old, but taken ideas and all the good things from it, put it into the gamemode and nothing else, the rest is up to what you guys want.

Another thing I should mention. It says "temporary website", that doesn't mean that it's not going to be used in the future, it just means two things:
1. I've reinstalled a complete new version of everything, nothing is reused from the old website(so far, we might need something from it). This means the databases are also cleared.
2. The domain is solid, but the host is temporary. I don't know how fast or good it is, once people start going there, but there's no better way to test it, than to let people go there.

That is all for now. If anyone has a quesiton or suggestion, you can comment on it here, write to me in private or post it on our forum :)
(Yes, you read correct, we have a forum again so far)

I was 13 when I first played this server, I loved it and the community so much that I wanted to become an admin, so I did. That was 10 years ago, and I still think about how much fun I had on this server with everyone.
