Ways to Raffle Items

1) 3 People give 1 ref each and then I craft a Hat, then I raffle the Hat among the 3 people.

2) 8-9 People give 1 ref each and then I buy a Key(depending on current price), then I raffle the Key among the 8-9 people.

3) 4 People give 1 ref each and then I buy a Tour Of Duty Ticket(depending on current price), then I raffle the Tour Of Duty Ticket among the 4 people.

4) 5-20 People give you a hat or metal and than they need to say a number (from 1-20) and than you go to random.org and set the minimum of 1 to 20 and when the number is roled the guy you says like 8 with get those items. If you have any questions add me on steam.For explaining more.

i guess the system is like dis: '3 people give 1 ref and then the guy crafts the hat and will raffle it and the winner would be given the prize, 8-9 give ref to the raffler and he/she buys the key(depending the price) and raffles it and the winner gets the prize, 4 people give a ref and he/she buys the ToD ticket and raffles it and winner gets the prize'
