ok and steam wont let me eat shit

( a guy cant remember hacked and killed my account ( took all my shits ) and killd my account and steam wont let meeat shit till i have a butt in my invotory 9 1 i bourght ro redeemed from a gift or somthing and i cant put shit on so i cant buy shit for my shit or my shit back or buy games so i can go in to chat rooms 9 u do rafflels in there and giveayays) )

For Raffles, I host them always on announcements.
For Giveaways, I host them on announcements and in Chat Rooms (about 50%-50%)
