Among the neon lights and shining towers, the somewhat-mid combat and okay progression system, clearly underdeveloped looting and consumable pools; even the corners of this game are still touched with bugs and grind oddly against one another like plates under the ocean.

But the game is nonetheless one of the most beautiful, tantalizing experiences one could offer. Becoming soaked into a story or a place was never the strongest way to grow me attached to something, this game pushes that aside to tell me I just haven't been given something proper to work with yet.
When I treated the game more for it's story I became happier with it. The base story tore me to pieces, and Phantom Liberty threw the rest in a blender to reassemble for itself to tear apart.
I hope more games like cyberpunk exist. They may not be perfect, but they feel close.
