10/10 would recommend for players who have played HOI III or EU IV. For new players unless you want to spend 8 hours figuring out how to mostly play the game against AI. Then i suggest only getting the game if you really want it and if you have friends. Game is mostly balanced but most will say 30 with Divisions with Rocket artillery is op. Over all the game is fun to play with others and can be fun for solo sessions.
