For an AC game, the game itself is gorgeous. I know ubisoft really excels in their open world designs. But out of all the AC games, this one had me really taking in the sites in game.

Combat was really basic, dodge, strike, power strike, parry etc. Valhalla I think really stood out cause you're playing a viking first and an assassin as a secondary. But this game is very similar to the early AC games combat wise. They do have some enemies that will put you on your toes, like the heavy armor enemies, the flame throwers, and the dual wielding sheikh warriors that you get when your wanted level is maxed out. If you're not careful they will 3 shot you, and quickly too.

I'm currently at just under 23 hours but I'm not even close to half the game being completed. I'm one of those completionists for map objectives and ALOT of these items are puzzles that you have to solve. So it's a nice change of pace. You do have to explore and read notes to locate keys for example they might not always be in the immediate area around you. An enemy or holder may have a key like 1-3 districts over, so you do have to take your time with it.

I haven't experienced any of the bugs that most folks seem to complain about.

As far as the climbing aspect, it's pretty straight forward, hold A to go up B to go down (I play this game on controller). So i'm not sure why folks are complaining about it as its really straight forward. I haven't accidentally jumped off of any roofs or anything by accident. Just take your time.

As far as crashing, I have not crashed once in these 22 hours. I know the down votes are riddled blaming the game for crashing when Microsoft just recently announced it is there fault. So holding ubisoft accountable for it just honestly isn't right. The quickest solution that has caused me NO issues, was simply rolling back the recent windows update that came out.
