My favorite game of all time i think. Just make sure to buy the DLC as well, its imo better than the base game which is itself already a incredible game. For me 2.0 + the DLC made this a masterpiece. I dont remember the last time i felt such strong emotions after finishing a game, just sitting in my chair staring at the screen feeling extremely empty that its over.

And as a bonus the song phantom liberty might be my favorite song from a game ever.

Finished this game in just under 4 hours. Would recommend all things considered. Very well written dialogue and extremely good voice acting. Died a few times mostly to the climbing, think they went a bit overboard with the QTE's. Very good looking game. Think i would give this a 7.5/10, would be a 8.5 but i think its a bit to expensive for the few hours you get.

Have only beating it once so far but planning to do so a lot more times. Probably the biggest gaming surprise in quite some time i think. Genuinely a great game.

What a DLC, liked the story more than the main game, did all gigs & main story which took 13 hours. Hats of to CDPR, they really know how to make banger DLC's.

Honestly i think its the best in the series, i really digged the horror vibes in this and the first person perspective worked really well. Its either on par with 4 or just a tad bit above it for me.

Never played the original, but this was probably a top 5 single player experience of all time for me. I do think that it suffered in the same way as 8 did with the castle section being way to short and the last sections was not nearly as fun as the first few ones though. Would probably give this a 8 or a 9 out of then. If they added some length to the castle section and removed some of the last(no spoiler) it would be a 10/10 for me. This was worth the 60 euro i payed.

Played this on a 4080 with a 5900x on a 32:9 monitor with the resolution of 5120x1440 so nearly 4k, had above 100 fps with every setting turned on max except for the hair one which i find more annoying with rather than good. If you plan on playing this on a ultrawide monitor i would suggest downloading the mod called REFramework on nexus mods which can fix the really zoomed in version that the ultrawide is for some reason(the inventory menu will become quite small but Leon doesnt take up 60% of the screen then so its worth). I have no idea what Capcom has done with the RE engine but it might be the best engine for PC games currently out, all RE games + DMC runs so smooth its insane.

Relly good remake, i think i prefer it to the original.

Very good, probably a top 5 games of all time for me personally. Pretty well optimized, ran at 100+ fps with everything on ultra @4k on my 4080.

Probably my favorite game the past 1-2 years. Went in fully blind which was amazing. I absolutely adored the story, world & characters. Combo that with a very fun & interesting combat system that combines action style with a turn based light version combat which was very fun. Honestly, if you in any way like single player games that are story driven you should try this out. There is one big flaw this game has which is its PC port, its utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Download a program called flawless widescreen which you can find from google which fixes ultra widescreen issues like that some resolutions that should exist from a game released the last few years to other hud fixes. Now to patiently wait for rebirth :(

If you like RE7 you will most likely like this one. Its RE7 but bigger(and better imo).
