Update:
On the 30th of Sept. 2024 they announced that they will remove the online mode and that players have until 30th of Oct. 2024 to transfer their save files.
What about people who didn't check the page of the game in that timeframe? Well... we lost all progress. Because they couldn't bother to tranfer the progress of everyone I guess. MASSIVE L
On top of that they have problems with save files being corrupted which makes you lose progress.
Lastly they save your game every second which totally destroys SSDs...
They managed to turn a great game into a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ somehow. That takes someone really really special to be in charge of things.

The online mod wasn't that great anyway. The only thing they needed to do is transfer progress, allow people to self-host servers for coop and implement save file backups. You couldn't bother to do these things in a week or two, but you kept the game at the 30 euro price tag. 0/10

DO NOT BUY.

Below is my original review of the game:
The game is worth every penny if you're into puzzle games. I can't remember ever playing a game with more puzzles. The variety is great, the difficulty increases in time. It's fun, engaging. The game is structured well. Sort of open world. You can play with friends (despite what some of the reveiws say). Although playing with friends is useful mainly when looking for the hidden stuff.
The only thing lacking is the story line, but I think the devs decided to spend their budget on making a lot of good puzzles and areas instead of a few cinematics that most people will skip anyway.
Definitely give it a try.
A big thank you to the developers for making this game!

I love the base game and the DLC for the first game. This DLC is absolutely amazing. The game is stunningly beautiful and complex enough to make you feel stupid at the start of a puzzle and smart when you complete it.

The puzzles are designed by people who can only be described as geniuses. I recommend TTP 1 and 2, as well as both DLCs, to anyone who likes puzzle games. I strongly recommend reading through every bit of text you can find and looking around for secrets and easter eggs. There are so many references to games, music, movies, and people.

This game will be studied in schools in the future. There are so many philosophical points that make you contemplate life, the future, and your personal values. These are nicely tied with the puzzles and the beauty of the game. The developers also left some personal traces of themselves, like the sections with images of cats and captions below each one in the base game. This will forever be an important part of gaming history, just like the Divinity: Original Sin games and BG3.

I will never be able to express enough gratitude towards the beautiful people at Croteam. I will never get tired of The Talos Principle games. As long as you make them I'll keep buying them. Thank you so much!

If you just want to be mad at stupid level design 90% of the time - this game is for you. The movement is fluent and very well made, but some of the "puzzles" require you to orient yourself for directions, obstacles and enemies while upside down flying midair. Oh and there's a lazer wall that will kill you if you don't react in a splitsecond so leave some of your attention for that as well. Basically in some levels you have .1 second to figure out gravity change, obstacle and direction of next platform at the same time. If you fail you either fall and die or some lazer wall kills you or one of the stupid cubes pushes you away.
This could've been a fun game. An it was for a while. But at some point it's just 99% annoyance and 1% enjoying the puzzles. And I'm a guy who loves puzzle games....

I loved the first game. I loved this game even more.
It's unbelievable how good the writing and the voice acting are...
I highly recommend playing both games in tactician mode and exploring as much as you can. There are so many things to discover, so many jokes, references, stories, quests... I wish I was eloquent enough to be able to fully express my gratitude and appreciation for the Divinity Original Sin franchise. All I can do is say a huge thank you to Larian and everyone involved in the creation of two of the best games out there.

Now that the journey has come to an end, all that is left for me to do is go back to my palace "to sit all day in a perfumed shade and watch the white of the marble change with the journey of the sun".

Thank you Larian!

The game is good.
I love the revolver on the veteran.
Haven't encountered a lot of bugs. Maybe one or two in 70 hours of gameplay.
The setting of the game is great, but I wish there was a bit more story in the cinematics.
If you like warhammer and shooters - give this game a try.

I would recommend this if you enjoy D&D-like games. I love everything about the game, the story, the quests, the random stuff you encounter along the way, the funny little jokes here and there, the voice acting, the amazing enemy design, the interactions between all the elements, the ground effects...
The gameplay is fun and challenging.
The story is good and well written.
The graphics are nice.
Great to play with a friend. I highly recommend playing it co-op. It's so much fun.
Thank you Rev for the amazing christmas gift.
