One of the best.

34 hours in 2 days, you tell me if the game is good.

Awesome game, not for wow players and p*ssies that can't handle a queue. Life is hard people. Have some patience.
The game reintroduces many practices that have been around in asian MMOs for dacades, the good thing is they improved on them and made some a bit more in tune with the european tastes. Good combat, nice story, awesome cinematis, the dungeons are my favorite part of the game. There's so much to discover, awesome secrets, puzzles, hidden quests, etc. 10/10

The game is beautiful, the setting is immersive - art, music, dialog are all consistent with each other. There is so much content and side quests that you'll never get bored. I strongly recommend this game. Maybe get one of the newer versions with better graphics and some bugfixes if your pc can run them. This version is also pretty enjoyable so far.

The only downside is that there are a few bugs here and there, but you can get one of the newer versions where most of those bugs are fixed. The flying objects thing is fixable trough the ini file. You can find tutorials online in 5 minutes. It happens when the game runs with over 60 fps.

The game still feels a bit like it needs polishing.
The speed at which the character turns and spins around is somehow inconsistent with the camera rotation speed and I can't ever get it right in the way that it "feels" right. I don't know why tho.
Same is with the combat with enemies, it's a bit weird.
Given that it's a single player game I don't see why doesn't the world remain changed the way i left it. (like in some other games like Valheim)
Some minor performance issues.

All that being said, the game is quite fun, challenging, you can adjust settings, tweak the game, I love the way your name changes your stats ingame, same goes for the horse and warpaints.
Plenty of features, great looting system, tutorials are nice and easy to understand. Even tho the game has a lot of features I didn't feel too overwhelmed with menues and buttons.
I think the game is really fun. I would recommend buying it, but I totally would recomend that the devs continue rolling out updates. Nice game guys. Can't wait to play some more. Thanks.

This game in early access easily puts to shame many 1.0 games... and honestly... most games that came out in the past 5 years.
I'll start with the cons cuz they're not a lot.
The only downside (bear in mind this is still early access) - the game is a bit unoptimised. If any of the def stumbles upon this review - the game uses 50% of my CPU when it's just on the main menu, that looks like something that could be better. I feel like I Could get a bit more fps out of my 1080 than now. Still not complaning the game always runs smoothly if you're not freakishly picky about fps (i'm not)

PROS:
The size of the game is impresively small. ( < 1GB atm )
The game is beautiful, challenging, super fun to play with friends, but still fun to play when you are alone. You'll need to host your own server if you want to play with friends, but that's not a problem.
The building mechanics in the game are one of the best I've seen. I thought everyone will try to copy rust from now on since they have polished their building mechanics, but valheim devs stuck to their own ideas and imo it worked out nicely.

Huge thanks to the dev team for all the new content and timely bugfixes.
I recommend to buy this game at full store price. Absolutely worth every penny/cent/bean whatever you're paying with. Heck, buy one for your mom for christmas.

Great story. Great atmosphere and visuals. Gorgeous voice acting. Descently written characters.

I played this game years ago when it came out and I was so impressed with the long story with a nice plottwist. I would say that the storyline and the beautiful images hold up to this day and the game has aged well. If you like the genre I would definitely recommend this game since I believe it's one of the best alonside with Syberia.

The game runs fine on Windows 10.
Just like most games from that time the settings are very limited and I couldn't find a way to run it in a windowed mode (even -windowed or -w didn't work, they made the game crash on start).

The only think I would like to whine about is that the 2nd and 3rd game are not connected with the storyline of this game as much as I wanted to, but I guess that was for a reason. Also, the remake of this game seems to be a different story so If you're wondering which one to get - get this one.

Pro tip - don't use walktroughs because they would ruin the experience. I know it's frustrating to go around trying to figure out what to do next, but part of the charm in this type of games is the reward feeling that you get when you progress after being stuck for quite a while.
Another tip is - you can right click some objects to inspect them closer or in a different way. Both in inventory and outside of that. This is something I didn't think was obvious years ago and it cost me hours of struggle.

Great game, brought me back to my childhood where simple stuff would make you happy. Puzzles are mostly easy-medium in difficulty.

The game itself is nice, BUT you have to use ubisoft launcher as well and have an account there AND the servers go down quite a lot. On top of that the comunity is quite toxic, as soon as you lose the first round in a quick game 1-2 people leave, people cheat as in most fps games, etc

The game is really fun, but enfuriating at times, because it's the most unforgiving game ever. Everything in the game is trying to kill you - hunger, thirst, cacti, animals, radiation, cold, npcs and most of all - other players.
In the beginning you would find the game frustrating as ♥♥♥♥, but once you get used to the setbacks the game is pretty awesome. You can build huge complicated bases and really shine with some clever designs. You can go raid enemy bases and try to figure out their design (most of the times crap, but once in a while there's a base that's really hard to raid and takes like 5+ hours.

About the music instruments update - there are 2 reasons you might have to get it - 1. Because you want to support the devs. They've been doing a good job developing the game and fixing bugs (they have a lot more to optimize the loading times). And the 2nd reason would be if you can play any of those instruments because then you can hook it up and play real music ingame, which is awesome. For all other purposes you can just steal the instruments from other players and give them a try.
