💃😺👽 Performance review for Furry Carente :3 🍧🐝🍇

Furry Carente :3 does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late. Appears confident with familiar situations and people, but still sometimes nervous or over-confident when in an unfamiliar context. They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully. Makes decisions rapidly and well when dealing with small or personal matters, but still has to gain the confidence to make major decisions. Most of the decisions made turn out to be effective.
