A fantastic expansion to a grand classic. Opposing Force tells a much different story then Freemans in the original as you see the Black Mesa incident from the perspective of an uninformed H.E.C.U. Corporal named Adrian Shepard who never got the kill orders like most of the other H.E.C.U. Marines. The whole Government cover up of a Government cover up of a top secret science facility is interesting as you see the marines struggling to survive and wanted nothing more but to get out. The new enemy types interduced in this expansion add even more variety to the gameplay and the new weapons also add enough to make a trip back to Black Mesa worth it.

Having just played and beaten this game for the very first time, I can safely say it is one of the best isometric and RPG games I have ever played. It's roleplaying elements are fantstic and fun, the gameplay is difficult but mostly fair, and it's story and character's were very enjoyable. I was worried for a long time about picking this game up as I was afraid I would not enjoy it like I enjoy New Vegas, but i'm very happy I got it, because it was fantastic despite being grapicly and mechanicly outdated. I would highly recommend trying it if you have a interest in Classic games, the Fallout series, Isometric games, or RPG's.

A fantastic shooter. It took about 7 hours to complete and was worth it once I got past GFWL. Shame this is a hidden gem.

A simple and short game that will only take about a hour to beat. It's calm and I would recommend if you want to play something for a hour.

Im plesently suprised by this game, while at the time of this review I have only played for just over a hour I feel like I love this game. It's basicly about creating your own ecosystem and maintaining it. As someone interested in going into forestry or zoo keeping I feel I could beneft from this game heavily. If you interesting in real eco systems, how they work, or want to control one, I would highly recommend.

Simple yet interesting this game follows a cube trying to get his family back. It's level design is good and simple yet has a good dificulty.

It's basicly the cell level from spore without custimazation. I personally enjoy it though it's not for everyone.

Simple yet addictive. This is very much a game you will get lose in while playing by trying to beat your highscore or having the one more go mentality.

SImple but fantastic, this game is simply about falling down a level killing enemy's, getting gems, and getting upgrades. It's amazing and simple.

While not a isometric strategy game like the rest in the franchise, this is still enjoyable. Not much to say other then it's a great source of extra lore and a decent third person shooter with a Xcom paint job.
