I don't remember the prices Valve set for their hats so I'm not sure if 10 dollars is better or worse than before. Though I'm not even sure they even make their own stuff ever since they started using other people's creations through the workshop system. I don't know if HL3 is even on the table for them since apparently Deadlock has been in the works this whole time.
