This is literally the worst game I have ever played.

I don't even feel like beginning to try and explain why this game is as bad as it is BUT.. here we go.

Here are some key points.

The story is horrible and inconsistent. It feels like it was written by a bunch of third graders who got bored half way through and just forgot about it. It is full of horrible cliches and is just terribly illogical as far as common sense goes.

The voice acting is ATROCIOUS. You can definitely tell that not all the voice actors were on the same page as the tone and emotion of different characters can switch drastically during cutscenes going from one line to the next in an erratic manner.

The amount of choices that the game levies at you that can drastically affect the outcome of the endgame without warning is super annoying. Having no way to load back and change decisions to get a certain playthrough is, IMO, a terrible decision for a game that tries very hard to incorporate RPG elements.

There are no saving graces for this game whatsoever. It is pretty to look at but that is basically it. The performance of this game is also quiet terrible. at 1440p Medium settings with a 2070 Super with decent OC settings, this game would spike all the way from 130fps down to mid 30's in certain locations just by changing camera angle a few degrees. HORRIBLE. Also keep having issues where GPU will end up downclocking itself and make game unplayable after a few hours as if not recognizing this as a game? Have to restart game to fix issue. Tried on my wife's PC and got same issue as well, so, not my hardware.

I don't ever write reviews because I think it's usually a waste of time but, this game feels very much like a moneygrab if I've ever seen one. It feels as though they put almost no effort into the game whatsoever which is just sad considering the amount of times it got delayed and how good its predecessor is.

This game is one of those rough gems where I can fully recommend it but, only for a select group of people. This game is finally out of Early Access but, it still feels slightly unfinished IMO. The animations for enemies are delayed and janky. The servers have connection issues sometimes and there is a general disconnect/latency between actions on the local client and responses on the server side. A perfect example I can provide is in the middle of a firefight when you are shooting the sleepers, they will sometimes not show hit markers or the hit markers will be delayed. I have a love/hate relationship with this game. I think it is super fun with a group of friends and it is even enjoyable solo with the newly added bots but, it definitely isn't perfect. If you are one of those people who doesn't mind slightly flawed and sometimes wonky games, this will be a blast for you. BUT, if you prefer to play fully developed games with little to no issues, no lag, no latency, then just go ahead and move along. This game is slightly reminiscent of the early days of Hunt: Showdown. TONS OF FUN, just a little buggy at times.

Apex Legends is a welcome change from the typical battle royale. It's gritty and somewhat unrefined but it still manages to capture quite the audience; and for good reason too. Where PUBG, Fortnite and Warzone all manage to be unique games in their own right, Apex Legends seems to expand on that just a little bit more than the typical large scale, free-for-all shooter. Firstly, the characters are more than just 'skins' in the typical sense. Every character has unique skills, talents and passive abilities. The hit-boxes on these characters also varies greatly so there are damage scales to even out the playing field a little bit. Overall I would say that the game seems to be decently balanced and the devs seem to take care to pay attention to which weapons become the meta or are too 'overpowered.' I believe this game deserves a chance by anyone who enjoys the battle royale genre ESPECIALLY if you are a fan of the original Titanfall games.

This game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bad that it made Steam completely crash.

10/10 WIll probly still play again.

Personally, I hate the game. I can't necessarily say it's bad because beauty lies in the eye of the beholder but, I still ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate it.

Overall fun game. little bit confusing at first but fun none the less.
