Jagex probably has the worst customer service i have ever seen, not only have i been locked out of my account and hacked even with two authentications VIA Steam and Google with different emails passwords etc and even a bank pin.
Even when i can provide financial information showing i own this account and the correct email and passwords i still can't get a reply back with my account and is declined by a bot, ive been playing for over 15 years and 10 years paying for membership. All my items stolen
No viruses or phishing sites either which is whats blowing my mind as its not even my fault
Kills me to write this as i love this game but its beyond ridiculous
