Path of Exile 2, in my opinion, is shaping up to be a well-made game so far. Of course, there are the occasional bugs here and there, but after all, we're still in a beta version and more than a year away from the official, free release. The game impresses with significantly improved graphics and nice animations or cutscenes. Even though it’s the second installment in the series, I can’t really compare it to the first game. Sure, there are similarities, but the gameplay experience feels completely different.

From what I’ve experienced so far, the game has become noticeably more challenging. However, we’re not playing with the META at the moment but rather experimenting. What rubs me the wrong way a little is the fact that skills are getting nerfed relatively quickly; in my view, there are far more important issues to address, but so be it.

After more than 14,000 hours in Path of Exile 1 across various platforms, I’m excited and looking forward to the future of the game.

Excellent game. It's fun and you have to switch on your brain a bit here and there and think about how to proceed and which item will make the decisive difference. Looking forward to future updates!

Actually, I don't care that they're stealing all my data because it's so much fun.

Quite a funny game, very reminiscent of Risk of Rain, but with its own charm.
Especially in the multiplayer rounds it is even more fun!

Grafisch und von der Interaktion her ist es gut, keine Frage, aber nicht mal ein Jahr nach Release von TSW3, TSW4 zu announcen. ... ne man. Nehmt ein anderen Simulator. Isses nicht wert.

Battlefield 2042 fühlt sich mittlerweile sehr spielbar an.
Es läuft flüssig, und bis jetzt habe ich keine Bugs oder andere Fehler bekommen. Auch die Verbindung zu den Servern ist schnell und stabil.
Ich denke vor allem zum Aktionspreis kann man es sich getrost kaufen.
Klar, hätte man sich das Spiel, wie es jetzt ist, direkt zum Launch vor einem Jahr gewünscht, aber sei es drum.

Das Einzige was ich zu bemängelt habe ist die Auslastung der Hardware.
Bin ich Ingame, läuft die CPU auf über 80% und kratzt gerne mal an den 90%. ( I7-12700k )
Auch die GPU ( RTX 3060 ) ist stark ausgelastet.
Nichtsdestotrotz läuft es flüssig auf 2K mit 144hz bei über 140FPS.


Ich habe dem Spiel eine zweite Chance gegeben und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht.

Ich finde als Berliner das Spiel gut und erkenne einige Spots auch wieder.
Ansonsten spiele ich eigentlich keine Simulationen, aber die persönliche Verbundenheit zur Stadt machts möglich.

Das Spiel alleine bietet aktuell nicht viel. Mit den passenden Workshop Inhalten holt man aber nochmal einiges an Content raus.
Hier und da mal ein paar Performanceeinbrüche, selbst bei der rtx 3060, aber das ist wenig nervig.

Hoffe hier kommt noch einiges

Nachtrag 2024:
Gefühlt und auch realistisch hat sich seit der Ausgangsbewertung nichts am Spiel geändert.
Es befindet sich noch immer im gleichen Stadium wie damals und fühlt sich weiterhin an wie ein rohes Ei, dass auf keinen Fall runterfallen darf.
Ergo: kauft das Spiel nicht. Es ist es nicht wert. Viele Versprechungen wurden gemacht, aber kaum etwas bis nichts ist passiert. Sehr schade, hier gab es Potenzial.

Overall, the game is good. But the whole process of upgrading (hoaning) your items, especially in the end game is ridiculous.
But I have a feeling that game addicts love this mechanic. The odds are so incredibly ridiculous that relatively quickly you get the idea of buying gold, which you can use to buy the resources needed to upgrade, for real money.
Currently, you earn the resources you need over days, only to practically throw them away trying to get the items one level higher. The only good thing about this is that you don't lose the items themselves. Still, it's an unappealing mechanic.

Nice game for in between. A bit stubborn at first, but once you get the basics down, it's a pleasant challenge.
