This is a gaming masterpiece.

Open world done right where you're rewarded for exploration. Major bosses are tough due to expansive move sets and delayed timing. On my end, there are no noticeable performance issues (i.e. stuttering) since the implemented update after the first day of launch.

If this doesn't sweep GOTY awards, then I don't know what will.

I decided to play Borderlands 3 during the "Free Play" weekend promotion and I must say that I had an absolutely blast. The gameplay is phenomenal. Sadly, the main story campaign leaves much to be desired but I believe playing the game with friends will help you overlook this weakness.

In terms of relatively linear JRPGs with character development and well-executed gameplay elements, Persona 4 is a delightful PC port and contribution to the genre. The characters are a pleasure to know and the game was a pleasure to play. Highly recommend.

A fantastic application for users who prefer to navigate with their controllers. Works perfectly with my Xbox 360 controller. Controls are simple and easy to use with customizable key bindings. It also includes an interactive keyboard. More importantly, you are able to use your controller for games that do not officially have full-controller support. When in full screen, simply hit back and start at the same time. Do yourself a favor and pick this up if you love using your controller for almost all things while sitting comfortably on your chair or couch!

The Grim Legends series has got to be my favorite from Artifex Mundi. This is the second chapter, but it has a completely different story line from the original game, The Forsaken Bride. Since the stories are completely unrelated, you do not have to play the first game to understand this one. Despite its differences, I think that the biggest similarity is the captivating fairytale-like scenery. The visuals are jaw-dropping, leaving you eager for more.

As for the plot, you play as a famous healer, called by the King of the Eagle Kingdom to examine the Queen’s odd disease, which prevents her from speaking. During your preparations to cure the Queen, a strange beam of dark magic engulfs the Queen’s chambers, leaving the Queen unconscious on the floor while her son, the Prince, is nowhere to be found. The Queen is found guilty of practicing dark magic; thus, she is sentenced to death. The King is devastated to hear the news but he believes that his wife is innocent. He asks you to embark on a quest to find out what truly happened, and so your adventure awaits…

The puzzles can be quite challenging at times but most of them are easy to accomplish, especially if you are an experienced hidden object fan. Unlike the first game, this one does not have the domino mini-game as an alternative to finding objects. Some features of this game include three adorable pets that help you in your journey and a bonus adventure told in two viewpoints.

Overall, I loved this game! I absolutely recommend it if you are a fan of hidden objects or if you are interested in casual point and click adventures with beautiful artwork. I cannot wait for Grim Legends 3!

Sneaky Sneaky is a casual but charming stealth strategy game, where you play as an infamous thief whose sole purpose is to reacquire the rubies that have been stolen from your possession. Throughout your adventure, you encounter a wide variety of adversaries, who will stop at nothing to destroy you. You must sneak attack them to gain the upperhand, as charging headfirst into battle will only get you killed. Players are also recommended to grind coins to purchase item rewards and upgrades from the store to make the journey less arduous.

Shan Gui is a short but extremely satisfying visual novel set in the mountains of China. The main character, Han Hui, gets lost while searching for a specific lake from her childhood. Along her trip, she encounters a young girl named He Jia, who is familiar with the various places along Nanjing. He Jia offers to help Han Hui find the forgotten place from her memories. Throughout their adventure, Han Hui discovers more about the landscapes of China, but most of all, the beauty of strong friendship and familial bonds.

I absolutely love ibb & obb so I just wanted to write a short review for those who are interested in getting this fantastic game! ♥

• Genuinely amazing and challenging puzzle platformer (IMO: Difficulty spiked about halfway through the game.)
  
• Visually stunning with its cutesy art (How can anyone resist the cuteness of ibb & obb! And the beautiful scenery! It just makes me want to take a screenshot every few seconds.)
  
• Soundtrack is very soothing and relaxing, fits the game's theme perfectly!
  
• Easy controls - all you can do is jump, run, walk, and draw!

• Continuous lag during online co-op, particularly when I played the last level; the final boss glitched badly for my partner and I, which made the game a little bit frustrating but still fun
  
• No clear storyline and narrative; players simply choose between playing the smaller green ibb or the taller pink obb and get to the end of each level by solving puzzles!

• Designed to be played co-op; team work is an absolute must. Individual play is possible (or so I've heard) but it might be extremely difficult, possibly to the point that playing will be unenjoyable.
