The Isle is a masterpiece for a game of it's kind.

Yes, the servers can be massive and somewhat unfair, but these are Dinosaurs. They didn't have fairness 100billion years ago. Yes, some servers have bad moderation. But that's not the games fault. That's just the people.

Be food or be fed!

Personally, I have found two servers that are my favorite. [Eden Isle] and [{EU}The Isle - No Rules, All Dinos]
The communities in those servers are amazing.

Eden for a nice relaxing time. Safezone to hang out will other players (with sometimes, food, hand-fed to you)
Good place to learn the game.

Isle for it's ruthlessness. Everyone is nice. But their dinos are not. Make mixed-packs and survive.

If you're looking to be sold on a game, well here:
~You have to spend hours with just one dino, in order to fully get the benefits out of it. But it's completely worth it. Yes, you might die and lose all that progress, but it never hurts to start over, or even try out a new dino!
~Its a game about being a dinosaur! You can terrorize other players with a massive hungry T-rex, or build a Raptor pack and take down a large dino with skilled attacks.
~It's fun and also terrifying. It gets pitch black at night and with night vision, being surrounded by hostile noises really sends a shiver down you spine. Myself, I've had two Spinos pop out of the darkness and completely walk by me when I was under a tree. That was such an amazing feeling!!

If you still aren't sure, then maybe the game isn't for you.
You do have to play hours just to do anything.
You might be killed over and over, before getting to really experience anything.
Yes, on some servers, people get really salty and ruin the fun for everyone else.
It also helps to have a friend to play with when you first start, if you dont make friends right away. It can be pretty lonely for the first couple hours otherwise.

If you're not interested in sitting down for a long play through, or going on little action for periods of time (say you are crossing the map, and you never run into anyone or anything to do, which can happen alot), or if you dont want to wait for your Dino to grow up, which can take hours depending on the dino. Then hey, this game really might not be your cup of tea.
