Prior to playing this game, I initially did not like roguelikes in any form. But RoR2 changed that immediately. Something about the gameplay, the lore, and the item interactions really got in my brain and swayed my opinion on the genre as a whole, and for that, I cannot speak negatively about this game, even if I wanted to!
