Some of the characters are courageous, in the way that George RR Martin's characters are courageous: they're not exempted or protected from the world just because of their age or gender. They're included in the world and are participants; this is a credit to the writers.

Gorgeous art, expansive world and memorable characters

A deep and complex turn-based game from the man that started it all. I got the year 1 edition and have been learning and enjoying the gameplay over 80 hours so far.

Excellent story, not as many bugs as people made it out to be.

This game is really fun. It also has a good flight model and very decent challenge rating. Nice graphics don't hurt either. Hot take: it's awesome to have a chance to shine in the online pvp scene... Dust off those spacesim skills to wreck some fps'ers xD

My first CK game; been enjoying this one quite a bit so far. Complex, accessible, replayable.
