One of my favorite things about this game is that it can be as difficult as you want it including the DLC. If I'm struggling with a boss I can always respec and try a different way.

TLDR: Buy the game in a month or so.

This game is insanely fun... when you're able to actually play. The servers are permanently at capacity even while trying to play at 10pm EST. To their credit the developers are incredibly transparent and are busting their butts to get everything in working order.

The gameplay loop is challenging and fun. At it's best when you have a full squad of your friends or randoms, but still doable solo. There are microtransactions, but they are increadibly benign and the premium currency can be earned on missions and via the battlepass that you don't even have to pay for.

Pokemon with guns. A match made in heaven.

This game has it all.
-Rich deep story
-Fantastic Soundtrack
-Great gameplay loop
-Easymode for people who have a hard time with Rogue lites
-beautiful artwork
This game has my nomination for GOTY
You're seriously missing out if you don't at least try it.

-bad community (ton of people who don't fight and just walk off into a corner and hide)
-horrible lag

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this game.

I remember seeing this a few months back and I was immediatly put off by the fact it said early access.
Yet also intrigued by the prospect of building space stations and fighting in space.

Well when It got on sale I caved in and suddenly found myself immersed in this extremly playable early access game; wondering to myself if this is just Beta what else is in store?

I hope this game evolves from asteroid mining to full out universal exploration, because then I would go seek out the developers and just plain throw money at them.

This game was enjoyable for me to play albeit it was extremely short and the game ended almost as abrubtly as state of decay. I felt the game would have been better had they added more areas and a different variety of enemies.

Still one of my favorite and most played games owned. It was also the first game I bought again on steam even though I had the console version with all the dlc as well. It only becomes all the more enjoyable with mods my favorite being the pew pew mod.

A truly riveting experience. Had I not played this I would never have known the enjoyment and hardships a goat goes through each day. I was so immersed I hardly even noticed when I started gnawing on my keyboard.

It's like terraria, but in space, and with better graphics, and better animations, and better enviroments, and better customization, and well just all around better.
