well its fun, engaging, and keeps you on track with a fun creature capture mechanic... of course, in alpha, so expect issues - but beyond that, enjoyable

At 55 hours, I can assuredly state this game is peak entertainment. Let's go over the facts, shall we?

Firstly, the graphics are sub-par, the lighting is sub-par, the animations are sub-par, but the gameplay and audio is **GREAT**. I cannot stress this enough. The game dev made this game intentionally this way to give us players a different kind of horror aspect akin to analog horror. Let me also say that I am a weenie in horror games, and gravely fear the Bracken as well as the Thumper... Its easy to mod, fun to play, and certainly has a lot coming for it down the road. I can't wait to see what comes out next!

I'll also push that the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ horrifying and piques every interest in a survival horror game I could ever enjoy. And I do *terrible* in horror games.

Fun with friends, and guaranteed an absolute blast! Two thumbs up!

Plenty of negative things to talk about, but the MOST negative thing I have to say is...

WHY THE ACTUAL ♥♥♥♥ DOES THIS GAME NOT HAVE VOLUME SLIDERS FOR EATING AND DRINKING?! PLEASE I DONT WANT TO HEAR IT ANYMORE! If the audio can be turned down to literally nothing that would be SUBLIME! True peace could be obtained! Humanity could move forward to zero-point energy! Galactic conquests! We would be feared and respected - but nooooo, Project Zomboid truly desires to hold us back with this genuinely menial task of CHEWING AND DRINKING QUIETLY.

The actual bane of my existence. Please, I beg of you, volume sliders or GREATLY reduce eating noises would be an absolute blessing.

Fun, excellent, and wonderful PTSD-inducing gameplay. I really enjoy this game!

My only complaint is why does the game freeze when you lose connection upon joining, forcing you to close and open the game? This happens up to three times before I get into a server, and it is becoming un-wonderful very fast. Please fix this!
