*Disclaimer: Written for Steam Awards trophy (but that just prompted me to write this, i still like the game lol)

Ah, Helldivers 2! I missed the first months, and never got a chance to go through Space Vietnam on Malevelon Creek nor raged at Sony for their account linking shenanigans. Even so, while I was late to the party I still had a blast!! Really fun co-op game as all the reviews say, but as someone who isn't much of a random-multiplayer person (massive team battles? cool. tight group of friends? awesome! small group of people i've never met? eh...) I still enjoy the solo missions. Great graphics, mechanics, and sound design (shout-out to the Super Earth Anthem and the Helldive theme. Peak)!

Well worth picking up on a sale ^_^

what can i say? an amazing, timeless classic that's not gotten the level of updates or even bug-fixes that one would expect. i have to join the crowd and say: please, devote time and money to taking care of the game, Valve. can't recommend people start it otherwise.

Picked this up within a bundle and went "eh sure, the title's fun and catchy, I'll try it." But wow, this definitely sucked me in with colorful characters (literally, in most cases) and sweet relationships! I don't have a lot of spare time to dabble in games, so I don't really do RPGs, but I won't lie: the Lesbian Animals appealed to me and the grinding was never too bad, lmao.

While I'm not enough of a gamer to make judgments on a general level, if you're also a queer furry like me, I'd highly recommend giving this a shot!!

After seeing the user reviews noting Venba takes roughly an hour (took me around one and a half hours myself), I approached it more like an interactive movie or storybook than a video game (if only because the majority of the games I play have dozens of hours of content, and I made sure to distance myself from that attitude here). With that angle, I really liked this! I'm not Indian but I had a couple childhood friends who are, and my parents spent a large part of their lives in India, so recognizing a few of the dishes were fun (ah, biryani is so delicious and it looks good here too)!

The story itself (more specifically, Kavin's perspective later on) really resonated with me as someone who wanted to be more closer to the other kids I grew up with rather than my family or history, and while I've already made up my mind on reconnecting with my roots, this has definitely reinforced my decision.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt like making an exception to this lovely short story, especially since this is an indie game. I won't lie, the art style is what drew me in at first, but it didn't take long for my heart to empathize with the family. Would wholeheartedly recommend if the other positive reviews resonate with you!

Well, it's good as a time-waster. Usual fast-packed action multi shooter buisness, either you dominate or get horribly wrecked. Uninstalled cause I'm not gonna buy the full game but for a free beta I'd say it's worth it if you're into these things.

Essentially like Hearts of Iron 4 vs. HOI 3- SupCom 2 is a simpler, easier game that appeals to more casual RTS players, and can be fun to play as it's much easier to create overwhelming armies and win rounds due to the underlying generic RTS formula. However, SupCom: FA involves much more upgrades more units, resources used as they're used to construct units (not all at once like most games) and a more complex system. If you're not sure, don't forget that you can look at reviews for SupCom: FA and that the refund option is there- I'd reccommend trying this out first and if you desire a more concrete, interactive game w/ more units and larger maps try FA.

Great game, I nominated it for a fitting award, and the fact that one could argue in favor of any award on the list (last one is subjective, though) should speak for itself.

I love it even more than when I got it on my iPad 2 years ago...It's been a long time, and I hope this game will be in it's full version in a year at most, as many things such as multiplayer look awesome.
