Edit: The negative review will remain until they are able to fix their development philosophy and get an appropriate PR team to handle and filter community feedback.
1) Letting the developers comment publicly on poor balance decisions will not do this game any favors.
2) The Sony Issue is still remaining as customers in the blocked regions are unable to purchase this game indefinitely.
3) Play-test the Warbond weapons before deciding to release rubbish weapons.
4) Rethink your weapon balance philosophy, it is atrocious and the game balance team needs to be sacked.

The failure of the company to control the bots is utterly disappointing. Perhaps disabling the matchmaking queue could help to curb the situation. It is a shame to see the company's mismanagement of one of its most long-running games and the lack of attention paid to this game. Hopefully a resolution to the problem could be found soon. I sincerely wish that Valve can take the time to address the situation.
RIP to this game that has tided me through many tough times. It truly is a shame to witness its impending downfall.

Fun as a new player but once you get the good endgame gear it gets rather repetitive and grindy.
Customer support got back to me quickly for account issues.
