2/10 would not buy a kindle again. Absolutely aweful. Didn't even have a screen to read on, just a face that kept screaming "I DONT WANNA" whenever I asked for yet another title by Nicholas Sparks. Constantly ate my food and used my bathroom instead of letting me plug it in to the wall. Also, the protective case it came in threw me off something fierce. It looked like it was wrapped in a sheep made into a hoodie, but on my kindle. I would avoid buying this product at all costs. gave it 2/10 instead of 0/10 because it sometimes will let you play games
