A wonderful game with a great, engaging, and endearing story. The gameplay is well done, and the choices always matter.

A great game, that is definitely not for children given its adult themes (domestic violence, alcoholism, suicide...). That being said, the characters are believable, and well written, and the art is gorgeous (and appropriate, given the plot). I don't mind the game being short (that's actually a bonus), and I'm kinda sorry I got it from a bundle, and didn't pay full price for it.

I was skeptical at first. X-COM with cards? I mean, come on. But, I gave it a shot, and was hooked. Finished it, and I'm now grinding for the last two achievements.

The mechanics are interesting, and the atmosphere is great. All the little dialogues between characters just add to the immersion that you are in a living world with real people. Something like the banter inbetween fights in Guardians of the Galaxy. And the nod to "It's Morbin' time" was cool

A lovely, relaxing game. Played it first on Game Pass, then bought it here

There are oh so many things wrong with this game. Most people have mentioned the dialogues from the Avengers movies which severely limits the humour and creativity. The game forces you into a linear storyline progression, and unless you catch one of the loading screen hints, you won't know that you can replay levels only through the "Go to space" option in the menu. Every time you Alt+Tab out of the game, it switches back to a smaller resolution. Not all of the DLCs required to get a Perfect Game are included in the Season Pass. The game is outmatched by far by the Batman trilogy, and even by Lego Marvel Super Heroes. You'd be better off spending your money on those games.

I like games with a good story, and Life is Strange is definitely that. It's deep, it's engaging, and the plot is interesting enough to make you want to play it all the way through. The voice acting is good, but that shouldn't be surprising. The one problem I had with the game in general was with some of the lines of the main character. They either didn't sound believable, silly ("You deserve the best stationery") or outright stupid ("I know I should evolve, but I love bacon" - how can someone who thinks that vegans are "evolved" have any emotional attachment to bacon?). But, other than that, great game.

Also, at the time of this review (29.01.2016), the game has some issues that haven't been solved yet, even though it's been out for a year. For example, the achievements don't unlock if you play with a controler (even though the game states - rightly so - that the experience is better with a controler).

I think it was Sun Tzu who said it first in his "The Art of Enjoying PC Games": "It is only the enlightened tweaker and the wise gamer who will use the highest intelligence to enjoy the game before the patches come out."

Arkham Knight is a magnificent piece of work - as it stands, nevermind the upcoming patches. The stuttering everyone keeps whining about is negligible compared to how beautiful it is. The storyline, so far, is awesome. And the inclusion of the Batmobile (something I dreaded since they announced it) is well done and is as much part of the game as is the hunt for Riddler's trophies.

The only "problem" I have is Jonathan Banks as Gordon. He's a great actor, and he pulls Gordon off seamlessly, but the voice and the face just don't mesh for me.

9/10, because I know they're working on the patches as fast as they can.
