I love the story rich narrative and foreboding atmosphere from Failbetter Games and this one is no different. It is slow and story rich like others have said. So maybe look at other games if that's not your thing. The plodding pace is intentional as are the heavy consequences for mistakes or unfortunate encounters which makes it all the more rewarding when you are successful.

Sneakily addictive game with simple but appealing graphics and objectives that make you want to keep unlocking the next thing and play just one more minute...

Love the atmosphere and feel of this game. Not a lot of action but it definitely provides a sense of foreboding and does a good job of making you want to continue exploring to discover all the locations and progress the story. Good soundtrack too.

This game was better than I expected but still waaay weird. Hard to call it a game but the achievements help keep you going.
