Yeah, Wrath of the Lamb makes things a little bit crazier :P Did you ever get your achievement bug fixed? I used to have problems with it not recording achievements on my Mac, but it worked fine on my PC. I think getting Wrath of the Lamb fixed it for me but I'm not sure
