Put 6 hours into it on launch day.
*cracks fingers*

Here we go.

I will openly state this game does need a polish. But don't let that take away what is in store for it now.

Pros:
In depth building tree.
Open world.
Raids, and regional bandit camps.
Towns and NPCs you can interact/buy/sell/job with.
Seasonal weather rotation.
Life is Feudal-esk melee weapon play.
Build really anywhere you want, like LIF.
AI/NPCs that ACTUALLY do things around your camp, and have a priority journal like rimworld.
I'm doubling down on this one above. The NPC companions will do advanced choring like topping up, item crafting, resource harvesting and conversion.
Region based difficulty
Global 'harvest areas' for certain items
You can loot dead things. Like bandits.
Other stuff I'm too tired to mention

Cons:
Base stamina of a 60 year old man, takes getting used to. Can be buffed with eating in-game food. (3 different foods)
Takes about an hour or two to really get the gears working.
Wolves are a bit janky combat wise. Hitboxes need to be raised slightly.
No 'sneak' mechanic, I think. I looked, I promise.
Takes a good chunk of time getting the renown to hire NPCS.
Optimization does need some work.

As I play, I will adjust review. But at the moment, this thing is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥' GEM. Hadn't had this much fun in a survival sim in a long time.

Play it. Give it a chance. Not just 0.3 hours and complain about 'optimization.'

yall really thought no one would notice cs:go getting relabeled as cs2, and transferring all the reviews?

A great tool, and a wonderful idea, but very lackluster and bare bones. Heavily inspired by FO4, but needs additional work to really implement the wide variety Fallout has to offer. Only 2 pages of NPCs (some cloned with varied difficulty[i.e. raiders]), a short list of items and weapons, food and drink from the Fallout universe; many items are missing such as the classic Sunset Sarsaparilla.
Again, it's wonderful to see this being worked on, but having to manually add each and every item that FO has to offer, I'd stick to building your own module or waiting for a meaty update if it's even planned.
TLDR; No western US based fallout flavor/variety. Heavily basic FO4 module.
Brief edit note: Not worth 45 USD. Wait for heavy sale. (50%+)

Wonderful potential.
Undelivered promises.

What you are looking at is a 'full released' game that still contains early access features that were not delivered upon the date of full release.
I get it. It's fun. But you can only go so far.

Crafting? Nope, not done!
♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapon blessings/upgrades? A few!
After-action report? Gone, go back to VT2!
Properly Balanced Weapons? Hell no!
Bugs? Full of them!
Enemies? They'll spawn right behind you, just as they should!
Near-Impossible penances? You got it!
Fully working game? No way!
Fully working premium cash shop? YES!

Oh, and they also changed the formatting on their EULA after community backlash to further broaden their protections for themselves.

Air Raider is still the lawn-chair carpet bombing king.

A fun arcade-eqse monster shooter with loads of weapons, 4 classes to pick from, and countless enemies on top of mission after mission to play through! The hours fly by with this game, play with up to 3 others in online mode, even randoms! The online community is amazing!

Can't say I recommend this at it's current state.

UI is a bit clunky, 'experimenting' with recipes yields items disappearing, thirst/hunger seems sloppy and imbalanced, it's always ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ raining, drowned items seems too random, combat is far from approachable and needs some serious help, the wolves spawning on you ♥♥♥♥ is very game-breaking early on.

I have 200 hours in NeoScav and thought this would be a good pick. I like the idea, but this needs way more time to develop. This game just punishes you for being alive. I recommend the Devs take a few pages from Neo's book, maybe a playthrough or two.

'Raincoat drowned.' Yea? Really?

Oops, all EAC!

I don't support Epic or their root-kit 'anticheat'.

Great game so far. Pleasant mix between fighting, looting, survival/needs management and base management! Craft is wonderful, and there's always always something new to explore, fight, or loot!
