This game has an upfront cost of 20 doubloons and the kick you get for your buck is 25% of the entire game.
The rest of the game is a agonoious slug of grinding for over 30 hours to unlock a single non-licensed character.
It takes even longer amount of time to unlock a decent looking skin for a character.

With the base roster of the game, you can't have an edge playing Killer, as all the perks that really make a difference are either part of a single 30 hour grind like one of the character "The Plague"'s perks, or you're gonna have to spend real cash to buy over 2 or 3 licensed characters like Nemesis or Pinhead in order to get some of the best perks of the game or a perk that a character absolutely needs in order to just make sense gameplay-wise thanks to Behaviour's absolutely terrible history of balance.
People use the excuse there's an in-game system to help players get perks and it's a weekly rotation of 2 killer perks at random from the entire roster. SEVERAL PERKS, THE GOOD ONES, HAVE NEVER BEEN SEEN IN THIS SYSTEM YET.

You do this for a $20 game that you end up hating anyway because survivors ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate you because a Clown player camped them in 2019 and they're just that petty.
Which in turn will make you just as petty as that Clown.
And all the licensed killers are pretty weak against a coordinated team.

Stay away from this game if you intend to play Killer, it's miserable and you deal with equally miserable people.
I have been gifted the game and I use friends' libraries in order to get the DLC. Otherwise I would just not play.

This game won't let me sleep at night.

Short, can be completed in roughly 10 hours, unless on maximum difficuly depending on skill.
Shooting feels good, a decent cast of enemies with fairly fun to shoot weak points. Headshots are slightly rewarding as it pops their helm for an armor bonus.
Most of the weapons feel good, ironically enough the weapon I personally dislike the most is the twinbarrel shotty.
The game shifts between stealth and action constantly. Stealth mechanics are a bore and the enemies will all go frenzy if you take more than a split second to kill a dude with a silenced weapon.
To mitigate this unfun slog, you can simply kill the key enemies in stealth and then swap to the fun times.
The story is also pretty good. Not many twists but rather a progression that feels a mix between a Half-Life game and a Call of Duty campaign.

TL;DR Shooting nazis fun, stealth sucks but not that much. Worth the money.

Play Mob of the Dead, idiot.

It is indeed NOT a game about ponies!

10/10 Will get stabbed by spawncamping Phantom again. By one of the 4 ones doing it.

But that aside, the game is pretty good, just that since there's no boundaries on where the enemy team can go, it incites spawncamping. And then again, we got overpowered invizbul x_X_69phantom-ninja-samurai69_X_x with his p**sy eating ability of 1 hit-kill that can go anywhere and it seems no player can hear the OBVIOUS SOUND it makes and can't see the OBVIOUS SHADE it has.
But seriously, fix Phantom.And give him a less stupid fricking voice, he sounds like a professional 4chan memeloving ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
