It may not be as good as either Farcry 3 nor 4, but I think it is a great continuation of the great style and narrative Farcry games have brought to the table.

I played this game second to Minecraft, and I was expecting a very similar experience. What I found out after my first play through was that this is an entirely different game. Sure it has similar "mine" and "craft" mechanics as Minecraft, but there is another whole level of depth in combat, enemies, bosses, events, and survival. I believe I can say I enjoy this game more than Minecraft.

The game has reached a vegetative state. No matter the side you play on, you will not enjoy your experience:
As a solo survivor, you will only encounter strong killers that only bring the same, strong perks over and over again. Nine times out of ten, you will also be the first person to be sacrificed in the trial without the killer's acknowledgement of the other three survivors. Most recently, if a survivor goes down within the first 30 or so seconds of a match, they will give up on hook and sacrifice themselves, completely negating the recent efforts put forth by the developers to try and limit the effects of leavers.
As killer, while more forgiving at first glance, will lead you to one of the most toxic game communities that currently exists. No matter what, the survivor TEAM will be using similarly powerful perks, have the advantage of communication, a mechanic not intended for the base game, and treat you like dirt on the bottom of your shoe no matter the outcome of the game. You won the game? They say it was unfair. Lost the game? Trash talk in the post-game chat. A tie? You get both.

Overall, this game has fluctuated between survivor-sided and killer-sided throughout my time playing it. It seemingly has now reached an awkward equilibrium where both parties are left dissatisfied with the outcome. How do you win? Run the same four perks over and over again and hope matchmaking has pity on your next match.

Team Fortress 2. A cartoon first person shooter based on team red vs. team blue. Whether you're playing alone on practice mode, playing with your friends on co-op mann vs. machine, or playing against your friends on capture the flag or king of the hill, this game's fun and comedic story line will surely leave you wanting more! Even though this game may go through some "content droughts", stay committed and it will not disappoint.
