This is just a genuinely great game. It is the perfect game to play while listening to music or just talking to friends over discord. Its by far the most satisfying game I've ever played. Imagine the satisfaction you get from leveling up in your favorite game, and then apply that to every second you spend blasting dirt away from surfaces. Looks great, plays great, and its made by a group who really cares about the product and keep giving us more. Give this game a try and then get lost in the wash until you've been playing for 6 hours straight. 10/10

Edit: I just want to point out that this game has a 97% Overwhelmingly Positive review. This is the same platform that will review bomb an old game if the new one is on a different store front. So the fact that 97% of Steam enjoys this game should be a good indicator that this game is fantastic.

Honestly, if you get this game and don't enjoy it, there's no hope for you. Sell your PC and just quit. This is how video games are made

An Aussie Youtuber named Skill Up showed this game at the end of his This Week in Gaming video for the week. There's a good chance some of you are here because of that video too! Regardless of why you're here, something about this game peaked your interest and brought you to the store page, and if that's the case I already recommend this game. Its not perfect, yet, the combat isn't anything to rave over, but it does go very deep with all the craftable weapons and tools with different abilities! There's a ton of systems in this game that are just plain fantastic, such as the streamlined inventory system and the clean and easy UI's for farming and building..... and my goodness the building. Im not a huge builder/decorator, but this games building system is similar to games like Valheim and the art style just makes those pieces pop. The game is super vibrant, very relaxing, the ambient noises of the world around you and all the sounds of chopping and mining can be super immersive, and then you hop down into the forgotten city and your heart starts pounding from some of these encounters. This has been an entirely rambled, not really well thought out review. I haven't gotten deep into anything about this game, but like I said at the top, if something brought you here, you'll most definitely find something to love here

Edit ten seconds after posting: its an early access game and im excited to see what more there is to come!

Im honestly very surprised so far. On launch day the game is buttery smooth, hitting 80 to 90fps in 4k. The gameplay is fantastic and reminds me of a sped up the last of us. No game breaking bugs, just a gun falling through the floor which happens in every game every made. I was hoping the next ps4 exclusive to come to PC would be ya know, the big ones, spiderman, god of war, but it seems sony is gonna hold onto their best to sell systems. Regardless, great game! give it a try

Half Life Alyx is worth the $300 it costs to get an oculus. Its worth the $1000 it costs to get an index. And it is worth every single second of your time. This is by far , without a doubt, the best gaming experience I have ever had, and I would recommend this game to anyone, even if you have no clue what half life is

A fun and exciting game thats great to play with friends! Every round is different from the last, and every game is as intense as the next. Definitely worth it for the price!

The ONLY downside to this game is it isnt long enough. I wish there was a few more missions just because I want more. by far one of the best first person shooters on the market, and the level design and AI design will have you foaming at the mouth. Theres so many secrets sprawling across the levels that makes exploration exciting, and the level design is breath taking. Some of the best looking set pieces I've ever seen in a game. The enemy AI design is some of the best in gaming. This game does not hold your hand. You need to keep up with it in order to be successful. But if you love running and gunning or you just like Doom, buy this game right now and get the best triple a gaming experience money can buy

I was definitely nervous about switching to the top down view, but besides a few ♥♥♥♥♥♥ jumps here and there, this game is Darksiders the way its always been, but now you can play with a friend. And single player is just as fun as you can switch through War and Strife flawlessly. The graphics are beautiful, the gameplay is fun and addictive, the level design is fantastic and there is plenty of replayability, especially once you unlock more gear, and overall its just a beautifully crafted game
