This game is criminally fun. It will almost certainly make you addicted and is an absolute steal at this low a price.

Solid gameplay with tons of fun and a one of a kind mix of strategy and roleplay.

The game is very intuitive and easy to get too. While usually I am not a fan of isoteric/2.5D games, the way it was implemented in Lost Ark makes me not mind it at all. The story is compelling and the gameplay is incredibly fun. You feel powerful early on but you also learn quickly that you aren't invincible. There obviously is a store and there are plenty of pay to win elements, but the game doesn't keep throwing these in your face and you can advance without buying them without grinding much.

The only thing I'd really say I dislike about the game is the gender-locking of certain classes, not having a server transfer option and that things like Founder Packs and Starter Packs (as well as store purchases presumably) are locked to single characters with no option to transfer them. Account bound solutions would be much better here. Especially with things such as the Founder skins which you can not buy for additional characters after public release.
