I bought it as a joke but had a great time, best $3 I've ever spent.
This game is definitely rough around the edges but in an endearing sort of way, you can tell the developer had a lot of passion for it. The gameplay is simple but provides a sense of challenge and encourages creative thinking / problem solving—Very reminiscent of old flash games.
Also for a Unity Engine game it looks quite good with some impressive lighting.
The controls could be better and the English translation leaves a lot to be desired but there's nothing else really like it, it's quite a gem.

Wouldn't be a Burnout™ game without the constant crashes, if you catch my drift.

11/10 Would get diabetes again.
Also I got a chunk of my brain replaced with a robot that runs on diabetes, I mean blood sugar..
