Pretty fun game if you have the hardware for it

Pros:
-Great diversity in both animals and environments
-Huge map
-Great graphics
-Fun to play with friends

Cons:
-Horrible optimization, got an i5-4670k and a GTX 770 this only runs 40-50 fps on medium settings
-Boring without friends unless you're really into lone survival
-Long loading times and framedrops are common

I'll be upgrading to the GTX 1060 soon, but it shouldn't be necessary to have a high end graphics card just to achieve 60 fps on high settings. It's a fun game, buy it on sale if you want to joke arounds with some buddies. It's a really diverse and visually stunning game.

Brings back a lot of good memories from my childhood, definitley worth having in your library.

Used to be good before valve chose to use it as a money machine to exploit Russian children who now only live on their babooshkas kompot and the thought of one day owning a butter knife|sh*tstain

It's a lot of fun when you're in the mood for it, but the story is really repetitive.
