Well, if you got to this point in the story you know what to expect. Make sure to refresh up on the previous stories if you don't remember them, since it's been a while. Just knowing the general story arc and no details is enough. Enjoy!

Great game, you will get more than your moneys worth if you enjoy the adventure genre with survival bits sprinkled around.

Although, it is suffering from the problem of having too many mechanics to play around with but providing no explanation of them in-game. To any new players, I recommend to always keep up the Rested buff through staying near campfires inside shelters, this will make your stamina much more manageable, and to use a club/mace type weapon against the boss of the Swamp. I had problems with these in my first play through, and the game has been significantly more enjoyable once I learned about the damage type mechanics and the many buffs and resistances you should consider.

Incredibly dreadful release with an awful monetization system. This game started off terrible.

Luckily, a few months ago Microsoft acquired the ownership of Blizzard and ever since then shockingly well made patches have been rolling out. The game is still not in the best shape at the moment, but the change of tone in the newer patches is undeniable. I do recommend this game to new players, since the new developer team seems to actually care about the game and its future.
