Preparation for microwave cheesecake:

4 butter biscuits
100 g sour cream
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
100 grams of cream cheese
1/2 organic lemon

First you need to crumble the butter biscuits and divide them between two microwave-safe molds. Put the sour cream, cornstarch, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl with the cream cheese and mix well.
Season the mass with the zest of half a lemon and a teaspoon of lemon juice and also put it in the molds. Cook the cheesecakes one after the other for about 2 minutes on the highest level (800 watts) of the microwave.
