good game but the new update makes SCP-096 way too overpowered and quite frankly makes everything else look ♥♥♥♥.

if your looking for a super smash bros clone, you've come to the wrong place.

brawlhalla is a good fighting game, it's free, easy to connect and set up a private match with your friends. all in all, it's a good game to play with your friends if your just looking for a fun competitive party game.

however, if you've played more than 4 hours, you'll notice the cracks.

for starters, when your playing a usual fighting game, you either unlock, or you can just pick your characters. brawlhalla does things differently, it has seasons, which is something a few games have.

what this means, is that characters get cycled every season. which seems good at first, but then you realise you can't play a character you want to play without buying it win coins.

the characters look different, but ultimately are just copied and pasted with a different design, now you may be saying "but there are fighters like that in smash" yes, you are correct, but in smash, those characters actually have some differences, and you don't have to pay for them, AND for every echo fighter, theres about 8 unique fighters in smash.

finally, this is just my opinion but i believe your character should spawn with the items they have in their arsenal, what i mean by this, is when you spawn into a brawlhalla match, you need to grab your equipment when they spawn, similiar to items in super smash brothers. i think this is stupid because it doesn't allow combos to be as fluent and smooth.

tldr; if you want a fun fighting game that you'll play once with 4 friends, get this game, if you want something competitive, go play something else, seriously
