One of the best dungeon crawlers you can get right now...
If you ever were interested in trying the Kings Field Series, this is as close as it gets without emulation.

Very undercooked Multiplayer with a lot of flaws.
Not a very casual experience.

Dont know whats causing most of the issues for other people, but my game launched perfectly fine initially

Good arcade racer with some variety in terms of car handling

Gets faster and faster as you progress through the game as you unlock new vehicles

Open world approach was completely new for the series when this came out, but they definitely pulled it off with this one

Dark Souls III (and the games before it) is a game that will be challenging, testing your patience but also makes you connect with the world and characters you find along the way.
At the time you arrive in Lothric everything has already gone wrong, the Kingdom that once was has fallen from grace and the prince failed to fulfill his duty to link the fire. So it comes that 4 former champions of ash also refuse to link the first flame and thats where you get into the picture.
You are Ash because you already linked the fire in the past, but it would appear that your services are needed once more to "save" the kingdom. Which is where your journey begins.
You get to pick from a couple of different classes all varied in equipment, level, stats and spells you also get to pick a burial gift. Character creation has a lot of sliders and options and is very great at creating horrible abominations. The game offers a lot of options when it comes to playstyle, weaponry, magic (in form of pyromancy, sorcery and miracles), armor, rings and usable items with different effects.
Combat on the surface is pretty straight forward, you have a light attack and a heavy attack, the former using less stamina then the latter. Stamina being the resource you have to perform moves like sprinting, attacking and dodging (all of which you will be doing a lot of) so its fair to say that you should keep an eye on that.
New to Dark Souls III's combat system are weapon arts, some of which are unique and some aren't (unique weapons have a higher probability to have a unique weapon art). Although you need to be careful during travels, its still in your best interest to scout every area as you find items that can increase the capability of your Estus Flask (the main healing item) by letting you carry more charges and making it heal for more lifepoints.
The checkpoints in the game replenish your Estus Flask charges and restore all LP and revert any debuff you had prior to interaction, it also respawns enemies in the area (except minibosses).
Dark Souls III compared to the first game is quite linear when it comes to level design but it still delivers on creating an environment that would appear to have functioned a lot of time ago.

If anything in this sounded interesting you might want to give the game a shot (I do recommend both DLCs but if you only were to get a single one, get the ringed city).

Buying this game was kind of mind buggling for me as people kept saying how hard the game was. I eventually bought it on sale for 15 bucks which is a good deal for this game imo. If you've played DiRT 3 and found it way too easy, this game is for you, though its not like most of the people say (at least not for me), because I got to Professional with Controller and Manual shifting.

Pros:
- Authentic Cars, Icons, Sounds
- Daily, weekly and monthly challenges (Dailies let you try new cars)
- Very nice stages and locations (though this game will make you hate snow)
- Very good AI
- a very real feeling when it comes to driving and control
- an overall very good simulator for rally
- 3 Modes (Rally, Rallycross and Hillclimb)

Cons:
- Accidents are kind of unreal
- missing some Icons (Mitsubishi Evos and some Subies)
- missing some cool locations from other games (Africa, Australia)
- earning credits is pretty tough in carreer mode as you need to buy new vehicles crew members and perks
- Hillclimb only features pikes peak

If you are a car enthusiast and love/like rallying this is definetly a game for you. If you want to get into rally but havent played any other dirt game before I recommend playing Dirt 3 before this and see how you handle yourself.
For maximum efficiency pick this up on sale for around 15 bucks just like I did and you'll be as happy as can be

After finally finding a server with 2 players on it, I managed to get stuck on some dinosaur corpse and I couldnt get off it...
10/10 would get stuck in food again.

Als ich das Spiel vom Titel her nur gesehen bzw gelesen hatte, hätte ich nie Gedacht dass die eigentliche Geschichte und das Spiel so "krank" waren
Trotz all dem hat mich das Spiel mehr als postiv überrascht und guten Eindruck hinterlassen lohnt sich beim Hallowenn Sale für 99 cent auf jeden Fall!
