How are people defending this garbage, it sucks; plain and simple. I spent the entire time playing this game with popups, annoying sounds, and gross graphics. I still got tips with them disabled, forcing me to stop playing and get like 20 popups in my face whenever I tried to do anything. The graphics look like melted fungus, its disgusting for something thats been in beta since 2017. Sure, the game is complex or whatever; but its annoying as ♥♥♥♥. The game is not at all optimized, and idles on 40 fps with a 1060 GTX on fungus graphics. I'd rather play Space Engineers than this.

The game reporter reviews on this game are all from 2016!!! Back when the game standards were much much lower, this game is no longer the standard; but way below what any of us enjoy anymore.

I would recommend this game, the developers have put in their effort and it shows. It is short of action though. However, the developers are likely to fix this issue.

Tons of weapons and accessories, although I have not come across a single piece of different armor - or any quest meaningful... I know that this is do whatever you want kind of game, but I have no idea what to do. It just drops you into the game with nothing. Beautiful animations and models, however there doesn't really seem to be any variety with the enemies, just 4 or 5 total that i've seen.

The entire beginning of the game is quiet and disappointing, for example, when I finally found some actual humans 20 minutes in that wasn't the same 2 models that's been attacking me for 30 minutes, I couldn't even talk to them.

-GAMEBREAKING-
No explanation, no tutorials, nothing. Dungeons straight don't work. Went though the whole thing and the final room was blocked off by a invisible wall. You can glitch into anything using unstuck in the ESC menu, I glitched into some weird pipe in the end room and found a blue dragon with a crown outside the map - that was probably the boss I never got to fight. None of the NPCs have good items, even if they did; you can just spam the lanterns in the dungeons for infinite items. On For every lantern hit, ANY lantern; or any object that drops items when hit, will spawn items/chests every single hit no matter how may times you hit it. Map doesn't exist yet somehow, it's pretty easy to make and not having it makes it hard to get a sense of where you are.

The game isn't "bad", but it's not really rougelike game if you can't unnecessary die without having to accidently fall out of the map. Once you have your hands on any good weapon, the game becomes a snoozefest. The game does have beautiful visuals though, everything seems to be custom made and not bought off some asset store. The developers will probably fix the boring gameplay though

I caved someone's skull

totally unfinshed and rushed. Rendering issues, not fun, literally a one direction gameplay (shoot overpowered robots and nothing else.) The story is quite literally, "your boat got shot and now you're here," and thats IT. You look for people that don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥ exist for the entire time with side quests scattered thoughtout with the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ quest every time, (kill 4 robots in the village). They couldn't even get opening car hoods correct, they just open though the trunk of the tree fallen on the hood.

I get that its early access, but theres a point where you just can't use that excuse over and over. Dying to easy targets in EASY MODE with LIMITED AMMO, not even good plot, doesn't even have the potential to make a great game. You can make a good looking game all you want, but thats just a good looking game with no actual gameplay (rain in this game bugs rendering).

Last problem for me, you're on a island right? You can't step in water or you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ die. What?? You're literally SURROUNDED by water, you should give us access to SOME of it considering there's other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ islands that you're suppose to explore.

This might seem like i'm just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on the game just to ♥♥♥♥ on it and/or just because I keep dying (I haven't died once), but its generally one of the worse games i've played, looks cool I guess, but thats it. Definitely not for 25 dollars, but I guess it's okay for 6~ dollars (sale price).
