I just want you to know, that what you were told in the CS2/GO forums about the VAC system and the delay and all that, it’s basically true. People often refer to game trainers as cheats.

Anyway, please consider the following. The VAC system is kind of like an antivirus. It has a list and detects any trainers/cheats on the list. Like any antivirus, the list needs to be updated periodically.

Like VAC with cheats, It’s also normal to wait before you add a virus to the AV definition list. That’s because the goal to prevent them from being able to more easily/quickly make code that isn’t detectable but has the same nasty side effects.
