People claim that this game is "hyped", but its been out for a decade now - it should be considered a case of "play it if you think its worth it"
I think its worth it.

Amongst the non-complicated game mechanics, pretty simple AI and the one softlock i experienced, it powers through to be a good experience without crashes. Completed it in one session. The artwork presented, the locations and the restart-awareness (including non-repeatable events) were all major highlights.

Despite watching videos talking about this game, the realtime experience is the way to go.

If you guys ever do extended mixes for the smaller tunes, even if they're soundtrack exclusive, dont count them out!

Surprisingly, a lot of incredible atmosphere and fourth-wall tricks up its sleeve. Audio design is shockingly immersive, almost "homely" in some areas.
ALSO. Never have i been so clenched with "redlight/greenlight" style threats, what the hell, man.

Needs a few tweaks with english subtitle typos and missing 2d dialogue.

Hoping for some extra content in the future!

Good to see the original game recreated, especially most of the atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the 3d visuals and missing psychological effects kind of rob the experience a bit. Hopefully more effects are added in the future - make the most of what Flash could not!
One specific request i would like to see is the original games' claustrophobia; the room and UI was much more crammed into the screen and made the game look much more tense.
The Grim Orange gimmick is a welcome approach.
All in all a decent alternative to the original Newgrounds version. Probably a good gift-able game - just know your recipient.

Even that overheating bomb has better permanence than my ownership of this game

Its pretty lackluster. Good first impressions, but falters instantly with FOMO, premium currencies, little content with big grinds, a bloated amount of characters, and a skill ceiling for PVE adjusted to top players- you know something's wrong when a community post is made to show people how to play events/maps.

Also smokes have been exploited since the beta and never been patched. Let that sink in.
