It hurts my brain in a good way. Love setting up a new rule and seeing a whole bunch of levels getting solved, it makes the good brain juices flow. Hard, but fair, all in all a great experience.

I've played more than this and seen more of this game than my playtime might suggest. It's poker but roguelike. You'll break this game eventually. And then it'll throw a curveball your way to wreck your broken thing. Then you'll do it again. And it's gonna ruin it again. Absolutely enjoyable back-and-forth with crunchy animations and satisfying gameplay, easily recommended.

I hate this. But I love this. It makes me feel both very smart and extremely dumb in a rollercoaster fashion, it's truly amazing, just play it.

Can't lie, I enjoy being able to progressively destroy more and more of the map as I make progress. Tearing down a house is so, sooooo satisfying. The combat is fairly easy, which I honestly don't think is a bad thing; dodge roll your way through enemies, getting a hit between rolls, and you're good. The freedom of exploring also feels very nice, and the sheer size of the map is pretty insane, I still have loads to do on here, on my quest to dysmantle everything. 10/10 for a (mostly) relaxing and "turn your brain off" game with a satisfying progression loop.

It does what it says on the tin. And then some more. And then WAY more. Never a single guess required, it is a "purer" puzzle game than the original Minesweeper ever was. If that's your thing, you'll absolutely love this. If you play Minesweeper for speed solving, don't play this.

Eh, it's kinda alright. Only replayed like 6 times with the Archipelago randomizer. Nothing special. Don't play this.

First of all, the variants themselves are fun. Even if you remove the Zelda-esque layer that links (haha!) the 5 puzzles together in the trials, the puzzles are fun to play, they feel good, and most of them I've never seen elsewhere. If you simply want single sudokus with those variants, just rush a few easy trials and you'll get the keys needed to unlock those.

But obviously the meat of the game is the trials, the sets of 5 interlinked boards. After playing the original "prototype" (I don't think it was meant as a prototype but now it kinda feels like it) that you can play here for free[bedibug.com], I wanted more of that concept. And Steam put this game front page for me two days ago. Absolutely exactly what I hoped for and wanted from the original. And the price is super fair too!

Also, there's some story, I don't know yet if there's a payoff or anything in mechanics that unlocks with that, but to be honest I'm not really following it, I just want to puzzle. So far it seems entirely skippable and, well, no offense to anyone, but I'm fine with that. So, skippers rejoice?

Anyway, all in all, very solid game, worth waaaaaay more than its asking price for anyone even mildly interested in sudokus and wanting more fun variants, and the trials mode (the main one) simply is the cherry on top of all of that.

It's simply good. It's not gonna break your brain tremendously or bring some crazy new perspective to the genre, but it's creative, it has many many many levels even without DLC, and the new mechanics it slowly introduces are welcome and keep it fresh from world to world. Thoroughly enjoyable, try the free packs, and see if it's for you before getting into the DLCs!

Early Access Review
It's simply a fun incremental game. Slowly getting faster and faster through every loop, automating away pieces of it as you progress, it's an absolutely enjoyable process. Plus the speedrun-style timer that shows your splits makes this incredibly addictive. It has a very good length too, with new things being introduced along the way. A+ concept!

The premise, once you boot up the game, seems so simple. And yet it gets so hard, while always being fair and easing you into every concept without a single word about the rules and interactions. You just try the thing the game wants you to learn about in a simple puzzle in each new area, until you get it. Then you clear the area, and maybe hop on the red-bordered levels to see if you actually understand what you're doing. And you move on to the next area. It's just so satisfying to figure out the solutions, and I'm only 50 puzzles deep. If this kind of brilliance is maintained throughout, it's gonna be an easy homerun and strong contender for puzzle game of the year. The undo/redo and restart level hotkeys also help out tremendously in making this a challenging but fun experience. All in all, totally worth the full price, try the demo if you're still somehow not convinced, but this is an A+ game in my book.
