just seems fake to say its for anti tunneling , when in reality it will not help at all against tunneling, esp against blight or weskers like you said

if a killer hard tunnels you, a syringe will do nothing, cuz they hit you to get the endurance out of the way, and then what? it will do nothing, u said it buys you time if you are tunneled, not mid chase mid game extra time right? talked aobut first 5 min of the game
