If you're a Diablo II fan or just like similar games, this is the one to beat them all. Excellent game play, beautiful graphics, awesome mechanics. Hardcore mode only, nerds!

Loved the first one and really enjoy the transformation they've made with the second one.

The steam trailer/title page video depicts a dialogue in the game, of which there are none. I got Totem on discount with a coupon and only paid a dollar and some change, but I still feel as if I wasted my money. After beating the game 10 or so times I eventually got every achievement possible.

The game feels like nothing but a project that was never finished and a money catcher.
-You can beat the entire game in 5-10 minutes
-There's no story or lore past the final boss you face tying back into the title screen
-Lots of objects and enemies don't have collision
-There's only 2 bosses in the game and they're both beaten by spamming
-All the weapons in the game are ranged
-Kept clicking outside the game window onto my desk top and other programs even though it was on full screen
-In the 1.5 hours I played the game, I faced 1 invincible enemy and had to restart the game once.

All in all, it makes me want to work on my own game. After seeing the garbage some people have gotten on steam, I'm sure whatever I make won't be so bad.

Would be really nice if I could play the game. Crashes constantly, tremendous amounts of bugs and work-arounds that often don't actually work-around. Have tried to play this game on PC twice over the last 6 years and I gave up from the amount of bugs, crashing, and necessity to research and attempt more fixes. What a waste of time.

*As personally described upon being asked what the video game "Hollow Knight" was...*

Quite possibly the best side scroller I've had the fortune of playing since SNES days; soo good. Story got me like "whoa," mechanics are smooth as F and on pointtt. The hand drawn artwork is detailed and seamlessly animated to perfection. Controls are clean feeling, highly responsive, and you never quite feel like the game got you killed because it didn't act how you wanted or do what you pressed, etc.
A collective and instantly nostalgic/classic blend of bugs life meets Hayao Miyazaki (Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Totoro, etc.) meets Hidetaka Miyazaki (Demon Souls, Dark Souls, etc.) meets metroidvania heaven. At times, the games tear jerking, unforgiving, and often challenging platforming will have you sucked in and forgetting you're even playing "just a side scroller" as you lay down a path of destruction upon any creature hindering your most epic of journeys. Alternatively, take your time soaking in the memorable beauty and atmosphere of the artists as you gracefully jump, dash, slide, and slice through the forgotten and mysterious buried kingdom.
Find yourself (borderline addictively) exploring the ancient and untouched layers or dangerously overgrown outskirts of a curiously abandoned underground city. Return to areas of the game that you otherwise thought were completed solely to re-listen to sound tracks and appreciate the game art, only to realize entire new areas have become reachable after gaining new abilities and unlocking skills. Discover secret relics and powerful abilities as you begin to peel back the shroud around this peculiar story. Gather the means and knowledge throughout your exploration to help you lay to rest the corrupted souls and infected creatures inhabiting the Hallownest. Wander through twisting and uncharted passages to uncover clues and old machines left behind by beings mysteriously long since lost to time.
Every uniquely designed area, each with it's own unforgettable atmosphere, notable life, and absolutely engrossing sound track, is lavishly hand detailed down to the pixel. Find yourself returning to areas of the game you had thought previously completed just for the music and art, only to find an entire new area open to exploring after gaining an ability elsewhere.
Hollow Knight is a modern side scroll not to be taken lightly or put on the back burner. Do yourself a favor and dive into this epic of a tale that's simple enough on the surface for casual players (and mom) to pick up, but gut wrenching and heart tugging enough for even the most seasoned veteran gamers to shed a tear once or twice. If you're looking for an original story to pull you in deep, or a game that will put your mental agility, strength, and stamina to the test, you won't regret stepping into the world of Hollow Knight.

Higher beings, these words are for you alone.

A great game to play LAN with friends or even online! A very complex game with a simple theme, don't starve! As you progress through the game of Don't Starve Together, you and your friends will prepare for winter, gathering warm clothes and storing food. But after winter comes spring, sounds easy right? Prepare to be drenched and frozen to death in the pouring rain as you scavenge for food after your supplies have dwindled. Now you're telling yourself to just hang in there until summer... but boy are you in for a surprise when you wake up and your entire camp is burning from dry fires! Put it out! Use that ice you've stocked up and those water balloons! Now that that's over, fall is coming, finally some rest... Or is there?
