This game has one of the best zombie soundtracks, on a par with 28 Days Later. That goes hand in hand with the grim, lonely, desperate atmosphere that the game create through its lighting and sound design. The graphical art style is impressive, but not innovative. The graphical fidelity is ok; game looks great for a Source mod, but it still looks like a mod. The gameplay is surprisingly engaging. The community seems to be alright, but I had some bad experiences in my first games. The different game objectives are interesting and keep you going on different maps for a long time, even hating your fellow survivor mates. Actually made me more invested into the game, since I was trying really hard to stay alive, save ammo and supplies for MYSELF, hoping my teammates would die before me. It's a great overall experience! 8.5/10
